Parbold Ukulele Festival meet

I did apply when expressions of interest were first asked for but being so far down the reserve list it’s unlikely I would get on the main list now anyway. Please remove my name from the reserve list, thanks and good luck with your meet(y)
 
Don't know if it of help to anyone .. Charity Farm camp site isn't that far away if you can't get on the main list.

About 10mins drive (taxi?) away.

Hi @Dogeared just caught up with the thread, see I am 4th on the reserve list
Could I suggest that you next update the thread that you put a @ before everyone you have down that way they will be alerted to the thread and you will have an accurate idea of who is still wanting to attend.

From the comments it would seem the rally is for 20 vans but tbere is 30 down as attending then the reserve list, so just asking for clarification, I know it's not easy getting these things organised.
 
Please take us off the main list as we can no longer attend.

Due to Ill health we unfortunately are having to give up motorhoming. This means that if the Parbold meet may need to be cancelled. If you can help by running this meet, please contact (MINNIE, Motorhomefun member who owns the stables), and let her know.

So sorry to hear this hope all goes well for you, as we are only on the reserve list (No 4) think it best if we take our names off as not sure what we will be doing.

THE PARBOLD UKULELE FESTIVAL 2019 dates 2nd, 3rd and 4th August. Please do not arrive before 1200 on the Friday.

Location: The Parbold Equestrian Centre, Bradshaw Lane, Parbold, Wigan, WN8 7NQ

The Equestrian Centre has kindly offered us the use of one of their fields to run a rally.

It's close to the village, and backs onto the Leeds Liverpool Canal.

There may be hardstanding, but at present assume that we are on one of their fields. I would suggest that as the entrance and driveway...
