Painting a garage floor

Try a specialist paint supplier, there will be one where the painter/decorators go.
Thoroughly clean the floor to get rid of as much concrete dust as possible.
Pour on the floor then use a soft sweeping brush to spread it.

Used to do it once a year at the garage I worked.

We used to paint the area around the pits at the bus garage with Johnson’s. Because it was a pedestrian area it had to be none slip. It was suggested putting sand on the wet paint. The cleaners doing the painting didn’t get this. They put the sand in with the paint in the tins.
The boss lost the plot at this point. He went out to buy more paint in his newish 4x4. On the way back one tin fell over loosing its lid. The carpet was a right off. It was a good time for duty fitter to go out on a breakdown.
