Packing for travelling?

Another Newbie question; when en route in your Motorhome does one pack glasses, cups, plates etc in boxes/bubble wrap? I’m thinking that with the state of some of our roads stuffs going get bounced out.

It’s a very good idea. I have about four miles of that non skid stuff, so I could make cylinders for my glasses. I could possibly even persuade a child to do it. she claims to be learning to sew (despite resisting all actual attempts to teach her!)
