Hi,

The On/Off button is stuck in the position shown in the photo. Has anyone seen this before? Is there a DIY solution?

Cheers

Looks a common switch part to me. I Would Try levering it up unless the case comes off to push from behind then visit Google image search or RS components.

I wasn't sure how "hard" to leverage it out, or if it would pop out. I've never tried to open the case. Very odd, it's stuck fast.

So it just pops out with some coaxing without removing the unit cover?

cheers

I've ordered one from Apuljacks. Was odd that it seized so completely, absolutely stuck fast and, despite being stuck in the off position it still lit up and the 240v system worked...

On mine, If ehu plugged in it will give 240 irrespective of that button position. The button turns the onboard charger on / off.

Yeah, I sort of figured out or guessed that the button was simply turning the charging system on and off. As I have a solar charger it was hard to tell as the leisure battery was always full. I'm hoping the replacement of this switch will sort it. Incidentally, the replacement switch is green as per the manufacturers documentation but the fitted switch that's failed is orange. Mind you, nothing ever seems standard in MH world, it seems like they fit whatever's on the bench at the time :)

New switch arrived. 1 hour spent worrying about what I might break replacing it, 2 minutes spent replacing it. All good :)

Here's the busted one which is "welded" in the position shown. Might bust it open to see what's gone on inside.
