Omnistor awning

Have a problem with the winding mechanism , feels like it missing a tooth when winding in. It's got a 1/2 in drive on the end for emergencies so not completely stuck but before I start taking things apart has anyone else had same problem and resolved it?

I know everyone likes to know the end result so here we go.
After a bit if googling etc. It was apparent it was the gearbox mechanism on the end of the awning. £85 quid later new part arrives next day. Great service from hill view awnings , literally 10 min job to replace and awning now winds in and out like new.
Job done. Off at the weekend to test
