How do I tell what model I have as need to replace a part? Length?

There are two things that you need to know. The width (how long it is on the side of your bus) of the canopy and the model number. There should be a small sticker near the hole where you put the winder. It might be on the inside of the canopy rail, so you will need to wind it out and look for it.

If there is no sticker (and they do fade away), Thule can identify it for you. Send a pic of the end cap of the winding end of the awning to inforv@thule.com.
