OK.. how does it work Frankie?

it works.. it has a hole in the top, which I presume lets out air? or pressure? but it is to do a boiled egg.

Love the story.. just reminded me of the ' you are supposed to blow the bloody doors off' ... as you say the italian job..

Take one mug.

Line with cling film

Add one knob of butter or two if the wife isn't looking

Add salt and pepper

Add one egg (cracked and shelled) into the mug

Twist the cling film to make a sachet!

Open microwave door (got to make it idiot proof not sure who will read this)

Close microwave door

Microwave for about two minutes (experiment to suit the quality and power of the microwave (Shiftzz if used in Wales add about 25 minutes)

Carefully open cling film sachet and pour over previously buttered bread, careful not to let any water spoil this feast!

Enjoy

Proven method, ask Jim just how good I am with eggs! Especially with no sleep!

Eddie

French to follow: Mangez en France! Il est beaucoup mieux!

Ah well you see, I have 6 x 135Ah batteries, and 150amp Battery to Battery charger and 260 w (2 x 130w) Solar so using microwaves and things like that are not a luxury.

It is the green way you see:Wink: The sun charges my batteries and the power is used to cook my perfect eggs! No fossil fuels used in the process but some animals were harmed in the eating process!

To boil an egg, place egg in saucepan of boiling water for however long, soft, hard etc.

To poach an egg, crack egg into saucepan of boiling water for however long, soft hard etc.

Bloody hell, it's Rocket Science.

is there a manual in English Mike?

from a simple request

from a simple request this post has now been added to 51 times and been looked at by many.

an egg seems to have sparked the imagination of some (some others not so).. it has, as usual gone off on tangents.. we have had the wise -cracks, the silly and the impossible plus 'you are not supposed to blow the bloody doors off' .. the English sense of humour has come through... not sure Frankie has always seen it:Rofl1::Rofl1:..... but such a simple plea for help has turned in to a great post.. thank you all for joining in.. I have loved reading the replies... still not sold on Eddie's way of doing it.. I value (well Sue does) my micro wave.. need to have a demo from Eddie sometime.
