i used to pray for hight oil prices when i worked in the oil drilling now i want lower oil price

We've just had an email from one of our fuel card providers saying they've dropped their price per litre to 93p....mind you, that's not of vat but still only £1.12 per litre. Only is the questionable word in this statement!
