sorry but the rally closes on the 9th and we need to vacate the field for 10:30 for another rally coming on. the main site will have pitches available for the extra night
i have put you in for 30th to 9th

the karaoke machine sounds great (well maybe not)

30th to the 9th will be fine. The Karaoke sound is great. Its the performers who blame the music for being out of tune.

Is it possible to just do a few nights towards the end of either weeks, maybe Thursday to Sunday, completely understand if it's not practical but if you find yourself with spares you need to fill we might be interested.

cant see that as an issue, as some people are only there at the start of the meet, so plenty of spaces. pick your dates and I will add you to the list
