EVERYBODY PLEASE READ THIS IS IMPORTANT.
I have tried with the council to supply rubbish bins for this meet and they refuse to pick up.

I will provide a dog poo bin. And I can bring two of my own plastic bags which are our council collection bags for the use of plastic rubbish provided it is clean and plastic bottles squashed, but I cannot take tins and glass bottles of any other sundry rubbish I'm really sorry about this but I'm sure you won't mind my asking you to take it home with you. Many thanks.

Cost for this event is £10. Per night for vans with 2 people, extra people will be charged a further £1. Per night.
