Have you filled out the form linked to in the first post in this thread. Jim doesn't confirm, but provided you have paid Warner's (Outandabout)
And put MotorhomeFun as the club
And put your forum name as the membership number
And have filled out the form, all will be well. (y)

Hi, newbies here having discovered the club stall at the Newbury show and just bought a new Benimar Terroso.

Booked & form filled, arriving Thursday afternoon. Saturday coach trip and evening entertainment also booked and paid for.

We look forward to meeting the group!

Booked, paid, form filled in, arriving Thursday. Is that all I have to do, this being my first rally, as had to cancel our Mid Summer Show weekend ?
 
Dithering at the moment whether to book or not as we're selling out place and don't want to be away in case of viewings ... I note that the cut-off for pre-booking is 2pm on 3rd July.

Jim, how many are you allowed on the club area and how far off it are you?

Yep still on the fence & gonna make a decision this weekend.
The problem is School term finishes on the 23rd July.....

Norfolk show July 18 2019 , maybe I am just thick but where is the form I have booked and paid and coming Thursday.


RS_rob thanks would help if it had been highlighted. I was clicking too far along the sentence

1st page at the top hover your Pinter over "Fill in this Form" & it turns Blue & click on it (y)
