Sorry about that - don't know how I missed you! I have added you now & double checked the rest - everyone will have the same chance to book as will all be notified at the same time, the discount code should be valid for a couple of weeks & those that don't get into the Pond Field would hopefully still get a discounted pitch elsewhere on the campsite so long as they don't limit the number of uses. Will know all details for sure in November.
