I have a Ducato with an instrument panel as per attached image. The number of miles covered illuminates, the 'mls' for miles which follows is visible, however, not illuminated. Would appreciate comments, my questions are, is this normal and if it isn't, is it an MOT failure when the time comes. It doesn't cause any inconvenience so if not relevant to the MOT I will leave good alone.

Warning lights (airbag, brakes etc) are mot failures.
The ML is visible and I doubt the tester will even notice.

Thinking the same, lot of work to take dash to bits just for a light bulb (if there is even meant to be one)
