Jeez, we’ll out of my comfort zone here! Have taken the bezel off and removed the control dial to find there is a RJ45 type connection, how do I find the 12v supply for that?Sounds like either your 12v supply is down or the panel is crock.
Do you have a multimeter to check 12v to the control panel?
You didn't indicate which model of Truma heater you were having trouble with, which meant it could have been the Truma Ultra Store mo, which comes with a cowl/cover, as Swifter and I were referring to, as in the image below. Thanks for the input though
No problems at all, any help is useful and I appreciate you taking the time to contribute. You didn't indicate which model of Truma heater you were having trouble with, which meant it could have been the Truma Ultra Store mo, which comes with a cowl/cover, as Swifter and I were referring to, as in the image below.

Just trying to help.
Jock.
Edit...........The 2 x images you in your first post weren't visible to me on my device, but I can see them now on my PC,ie, a Truma Comby 6, so disregard any reference to a need to remove a cowl/cover.
Apologies for any confusion.
Nothing at all.Might be silly but try setting the dial to off , turn off your 12v then turn on again and move dial to the top.
Me and the torch are off to have a look...Just have a look and see if you can see any damage to the back wire at the end where it connects to boiler . Also check it hasn’t worked it’s way loose
All looks good, removed and reseated but still nothing.Me and the torch are off to have a look...
No change if on ehu or engine runningWhat happens if you put it on EHU?
No, that window has never been opened.Just a thought.
You haven't opened a window near to the cooker since you last had it working have you ?
Ok, off to check.12v will go to boiler before control panel. Check if you have 12v at boiler.
I was thinking that too but it would've at least flashed up fault.Just a thought.

I'm going to try the 12v at the boiler then it will be truma and/or the dealer as its still under warranty. Just wanted it sorted asap as we're off on Friday afternoon for the weekend.i think you should give trump a ring in the morning.
Not necessarily - check the fuse with a meter to be sureAs far as I can tell, the ebl fuses are fine and the 10amp on the boiler itself doesn't look blown, I'm assuming that the glass would look burnt if it had blown?
