I have a C402 toilet in my MH. The flush stopped working so I started digging around. I removed the flush lever and cover and found there was no power coming into the switch (red wire). I looked in the cassette compartment and replaced the fuse. Still no power. I checked the red wire that goes into the fuse and it was dead. I checked all onboard fuses and they all have continuity. I put a blue scotch connector on, temporarily, (as shown in pic) and put 12v direct to the switch. The pump worked straight away. Phew. I want to run a new 12v supply direct to the cassette. Can anyone suggest how to get 12v to the cassette and where to run the wire? When I have finished I will remove the scotch. Long question, sorry....

Finally sorted it out. I could not trace the faulty red wire, it went behind the wardrobe I think. What I did was get a long drill and drilled a hole from inside cassette area through the wood into the wardrobe (after a lot of measuring). I ran a new fused wire to a suitable feed. Sealed it all up with silicone. All working now. 3 days hard labour. Hope this will help someone out one day :giggle:
Cheers mate. Good call. I was going to attach a new wire in the cassette compartment to the broken one and see if I can pull it through to the power source. It's a nightmare because they are all cable tied together. Plus there is no room for my man hands. I'll let you know if I sort it.
