Good to hear it's sorted. I always carry these two useful items. Using these, you can check the hookup post/house supply, the hookup cable before you plug it into the MH, and the sockets when the hookup cable is plugged in. I seem to use mine quite often to check out the mains for other campers too. They show up several faults, including a 'missing earth' which can be dangerous but you might miss because the appliances otherwise operate as normal.
