Yes that is the carpark the flats opposite the conference centre have been given permits for while they are working on the conference centre and the road is closed.

We have used the Floral Hall car park many times, 2 weeks ago being the last occasion. We often go to the Chinese around the corner spending £50/£60 each time then breakfast somewhere in the town the following morning.

Will have to spend our monies elsewhere from now on.

Apparently there is no airshow this year either.

It is being advertised for 2024. In July, not the more traditional September date. Maybe the tides are wrong.

But still better to live the other side of the border.

Its free up to 10 am and from 6pm in certain sections but look carefully at the signs ! ^^^^At least they are not emptying waste out but it does look wet in the kerb! More ammunition for the council to consider a ban as they are about 400 yards away from the C and CC site or the fairground sites

No more motorhome parking if you don't fit in the bays completely any more.
I was parked there today and was talking to a parky, Sefton Council have changed the rules , even if you buy 2 tickets.

The Disabled ones look a bit roomier and some grass overhang near the roadway.

What about the disabled bays if you overhang the grass at the rear but otherwise fit in the bay?

Just park on yellow lines instead, the laws there are not controlled by the council.

Just for clarity, that picture is from June 2022 when COVID restrictions were fairly relaxed
