In my experience I wouldn't say they were all bandits, rather they were all effing bandits. Loyalty means nowt to them. they pretend its risk they base premiums and renewals on but its just pure greed and they always try and to take you for what they can.

Insurance companies are in it to make money, nothing else.

When we go to work we do our best to get more money out of our employers, whilst our employers try to pay us as little as possible.

So in fact on that premise we are ALL bandits!

Got a quote from Comfort, van over 55K, they don't seem bothered about having a tracker fitted and quote still very reasonable. Shame they don't cover laptops or mobile phones, but have unlimited cover on windscreen.
It is a serious contender
