Nice Morelo for sale near Me ! is it anyone on here?

At 250 grand it should be, plus a lifetime supply of fuel..!
A brand new Loft in the Dealer is just over £300k and that is on the heavier chassis so a better buy really IMO, you could of course take the home and spend the difference on fuel:unsure::giggle:

no kitchen work space, L shaped diner .. no decent lounging space... and a bedroom with a Y shaped bed.. no thanks

For less money you could buy a diesel pusher USRV with slides, island queen size bed, domestic size shower / bathroom.. and swivel lounging chairs..

It’s a well appointed MH and l am sure he is extremely proud that the owner has entrusted him/her to sell such an high valued MH, l don’t see anything wrong in his statement and hope he goes on to earn his commission and ensure the seller is highly satisfied in the arrangement.

Seems quite expensive for what it is but a nice size and layout. 1 year old and getting moved on is curious, wonder what the story is?
The description manages to be flowery but it would be helpful if the agent gave more detail of the impressive power generation, black tank or cassette, tank sizes, finishes etc.

That looks tidy. (y)

Having looked for a replacement van earlier this year I did find motorhomedepot descriptions pretty lacking in detail, they had an eline for sale and I had to push the agent for more info on it.

Technically correct (a lot less money probably), but for me, I would choose quality over quantity every time.

I owned Georgiboy USRV 36ft, diesel pusher for 5 years . so can make an objective judgment on the advert and quality.

I had no problem with quality .. Cummins 5.9 lt straight six, fantastic engine, with Allison transmission, built on a Spartan chassis, as used for US Fire tenders.

Lived in it full time for several years, we , a family of four, toured Europe and Morocco with it. Furnishings and appliances were every bit as good if not better than any UK or German van... no leaks, no damp.. no rust ... no breakdowns in 5 years and 40k miles.

I would have another USRV in a heart beat .. it's not about quantity, .. it's a different class ..

Not suggesting your Morello is not good quality.. the one in the advert is just not for me.

Great living space I am sure but a couple of metres longer than our Morelo, wider, and surely over 7500kg so very different, all that aside though the lack of garage would kill it for me.

yes, very different.. ideal for living in.. especially as a family of four.. we all had good beds and our own space..

No garage, but with basement storage, some of it side to side,.. you don't require one, and load is evenly spread along the chassis.

.. however, we bought a box trailer to carry my son's motorcycle and our pedal cycles.. it was used like a small shed on site.

I’m not a fan o those big motorhomes, but i could be swayed by that one. I never realised they were made under 8 mtrs. Nice one👍

Sounds and looks like you had a great time in your US RV.

My comments about quality and quantity are only based on my own experience of considering US RV's before I went down the Morelo route. The quality of the US vehicles didnt feel and look as good to me as the premium European vehicles. Also, the layout, facilities and configuration we now have works best for us.

I totally understand that the Morelo Home is not for you, just as an American RV would not be for me.

We are all different which is a good thing, and makes for an interesting debate!

Indeed , and an RV no longer suits us..

I do like German vans , my last one was a Hymer B644 .. also had a Hymer Nova caravan
