Too late I moved on this morning. She even had the big long gestapo style leather overcoat .. short spikey hair. Nice big truck but meh still couldn't justify the running cost for any benefitPicture of Annie Lennox lookalike would help me decide if I like the camper or not.![]()

Morocco to South Africa? That would be interesting - some pretty hairy countries en route.Don't need one of those for around the world. Tread the globe (youtube) did it in a 20 year old Ducato. Snow and Curt (youtube) have done South America and are about do Africa (Morroco to South Africa) in a 2 wheel drive Mercedes Sprinter.
And on the motorways they still make a huge racket, drive at half the speed of everyone else and use three times the fuel.We followed one onto the beach at Vera. It looked like it would topple over any minute. It made a hell of a racket, rattling and banging. I'd need ear defenders to drive one. In fact our van was more composed on the impossibly 'off road' level sand. We parked not far from each other. The main difference was they used ten times more diesel to get to the same spot and they needed a ladder to get in and out of it.
Oh and the colour could be described as 'shiny turd' brown. Lovely!

Who has done half a day off roading?? Its boring slow and uncomfortable...An hours mud plugging in a 4 x 4 is one thing but mile after mile on those corrugated graded dirt roads is sole destroying..Tarmac for me everyday and a nice bar at tea time to refresh in.BUSBY.Looks a bit out of place on the hardstanding but I guess it’s on its way to Morocco . I would not like to fall out of that door it must be 6 foot of the ground. It is smart though.
