Hi Guys, Hope your all well and good ! We planned to book the upcoming Newbury Show for the 4 nights but our circumstances have sadly changed therefore now only able to book 2 nights there, is this possible as I can’t seem to find anything other than the 4 night deal on the Warners platform 🙈..TIA Mal

I regret you book with Warners. It's usually only a choice between Thursday or Friday arival for the weekend until the Monday.

Just to add. If you want to park with MotorhomeFun you need to select it as the correct club, and use your forum name s the membership number as well as following the instructions and completing the form in Jim's first post at https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/newbury-motorhome-show-2025.314457/.
Thanks for that… but it I’ve clicked onto “buy tickets” but the tickets are for DAILY entry only with no night Motorhome stop overs, am I missing something? Tia

I have just logged in at https://www.outandaboutlive.co.uk/s...orhomeFun&utm_medium=website&utm_id=Newbury25
I then see

If you click on the word General Camping, then scroll down with the down arrow key, Club camping comes up. However you need to be quick as it's only showing 4 spaces left!

Help!..Where do I find my membership number? it’s compulsory on the form and I cannot find it anywhere I don’t think I’ve been allocated a membership number?
Also, It’s seem I’ve got to pay for the full term of the event even tho I wanted just the 2 nights, nevermind if that’s their policy then sobeit, but if I’d known I could have booked it a week ago🥴

Have you completed the form at https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/portal/booking-the-2025-newbury-show/? This helps the marshals with additional information.

You will not see me unfortunately. I expect it will be Lee Lee Fryer and Rob Kannon Fodda who will be marshalling, but could well be wrong. Pleased you have got in.

Do enjoy it. It's a nice show.
I’ve just done it, I can’t thank you enough, maybe we’ll bump into you for a chat and a beverage sometime in the future! Take Care 👍

Sorry to be a pain but just One more thing, what are the facilities, if any? i,e Toilets, Showers, waste, Water etc

If we are in our usual area there are toilets in a block, a a few mobile showers shared with other groups. There is generally just one accessible tap so if you can arrive with plenty of water. There is no electric. It's about 5-10 minute walk to get into the exhibition area. Warners helpfully give you a show guide that has both site and exhibition maps. Usually a small shop for essentials. Plenty of hot food options.

Once parked, introduce yourselves to those around you. Others almost certainly will have been before and know their way about. The marshals are also a good source of information, but on the Thursday and Friday may be charging around like lunatics getting people parked up.

There are Elsan points. Please DO NOT rinse your cassette at the fresh water taps. Facilities are better described as 'adequate'.

Just to add a few other points.

You will be parked on grass that is very well drained, but best if you can to put your driving wheels on some form of mat if you can if rain is forecast.

On arrival, follow the yellow signs on the A34 for the Motorhome Show than turn in where its says 'camping' and not 'exhibitors'. Then Warners marshals (Orange hi-vis) will greet and guide you to the club area. Club Marshalls are in Yellow Hi-vis. There is a 10mph limit (Walking pace) throughout the site. If it's dry, going any faster will kick up dust and you are likely to get yelled at by those affected!

Camping gates close at 9pm 'sharp' even if people are queuing to get in! It's an issue with working hours for the Warners Marshals who will have been on duty for the legal maximum of 11 hours. Please note that you will not get on site until after 8am the next morning. There is absolutely nothing our marshals can do about that.

Worth taking plenty of cash. There may or may not be one on site but I think the be next nearest is in Newbury. There is usually a shuttle bus service into Newbury on the Saturday. You have to get tickets from the information desk and its a few £.

Really nothing to worry about but I understand you slight nervousness.

One more thing. If you have What3Words, make a note in it of where you are parked. Several thousand white motorhomes in rows all look the same and we usually have a few lost soles asking for help to find their van. One Funster went to the entertainment one year at the Norfolk show if I remember rightly and was still looking for his van in the early hours. w3w is free to download and use on your phone.

Your membership number is under your avatar.
That's unhelpful to the marshals as we book in by forum name. If everyone fills in Jim's form, and uses the forum name with Warners as per his instructions, than we have a attendee list from Jim and another from Warners that we can tie together by forum name. Otherwise it's guesswork.

Please follow the instructions Jim always puts in when he starts the rally thread.

I was only pointing out to the OP where his number was. No idea how the booking system works.
