So for our arrivals:

As you arrive at the campers entrance you hang a right turn immediately through the red gates passing in front of the building.

Water will be accessible on foot only. It's not as marked on the showguide plan. We suggest you arrive with full tanks.
Hi
How long a walk for water.

That’s the bit we camp in for bulldog day!!
That gate hole sure gets muddy if it rains, it will be a big puddle🤔🤔

Well, despite the rain, we’ve had a great weekend at the new “National Motorhome Show”. Thanks to one and all, and especially to Jim & Siân for the Pims P Up in the rain. Hope all those who are still there don’t get any more wet stuff.👍

Safely home, taken dog for a walk, visiting the sick ( he's a lot better!) Now home to empty the van, safe journey home to all leaving tomorrow. Glad I made it even for only 1 night, thanks to J & S for the Pimms, it was just what I needed!

Was good to see everyone, and thanks to Jim & Sian for the liver damage Pimms afternoon rain dodging together with our stalwart musicians who played on in adverse conditions.

Anyone who thought your marshals were being a bit precise in your positioning should know that Jim had warned us he was taking scores and expected neatness when he stuck his drone up

Had a great time even though the weather could have been better but not much we can do about that. At least the ground was solid and no wellies were required, unlike Peterborough last year!
Thanks to Jim and Sian for the Pimms and to the marshals for parking us so neatly. 😉
See some of you in Hereford. 👍

Sue it’s not a tool per se, it’s a thin funnel which goes into the Ad Blue tank (19 ltrs), but it’s an awkward position to fill, hence Paul is hoping to design and print one using his 3D printer.
The finished article including an Ad-Blu Shield lock, also designed and printed by PaulandChrissy

The problem with the cap lock is that if the fuel cap is removed and no fuel added then as the eloys system assumes that each time the fuel cap is removed a full tank of fuel has been added it doses the tank accordingly... although this overdosing won't necessarily do any harm it will reduce the range of the fluid (which is not cheap)

Not sure what you’re on about - eloys ???

There is a tank near the passenger side step that holds the fluid it is injected into the fuel to aid clean combustion, from memory it should do 80 to 100k miles on a full tank, certainly on my adblue boxer and fairly certain on most other makes with adblue.
Circa £20 ltr

I’m aware of that fact, but the device locking the ad- blue cap is merely to prevent some ‘Herbert ‘ putting anything in your 19 ltr ad blue tank. Nothing else. Simples 👍

It's purpose is fine but it may have the desired effect but also an un desired effect, may be solving a problem that doesn't exist ??

I'm not too sure on this ..but Adblue and eolys systems are two different engine systems, they do not run together .. it's either - or.

The eolys system has a tank for deisel -fuel additive which is for reducing particles /cleaner burning.

The adblue is a tank for adding into the exhaust sytem to neutralise gas emmissions.
I googled and it seems Fiat changed from eolys to adblue around 2016.

I think if you using an adblue lock cap then removing the fuel cap is not going to confuse the eolys system because you won't have eolys and adblue together.

I'm pretty sure some more Funsters can help us and know the proper info.
