This was quite innovative, Fergy 20 Petrol/TVO sitting on top of a road roller, chain drive from the Fergy back wheels to the roller, note the two steering wheels😏

This is the Museum of Transport and Toys just outside Wanaka, it is absolutely ram jam full of rubbish, oops sorry I mean valuable exhibits 😏 actually there was a lot of interesting stuff but just “a lot of stuff” it was mind blowing,

I don’t know if the text comes through OK, but basically a General Dynamics Corvair built 1953, had a serious fire in 1956 when it appears to have a “United Gas” logo on 😀 it was repaired and then subsequently converted to a Corvair 440, in 1983 it was badly damaged in a “landing accident” but was again repaired, it eventually found its way to NZ but possibly via Guatemala, we went onboard and it was “a shed” even worse than our shed but the frightening thing is it just came out of service in 2021😮

Not sure about al these knobs and buttons Geoff nicholsong

We missed Queenstown and Arrowtown completely as all the camping spots were full so we are at a little spot called Lumsden just before we head off to Te Anau and Milford/Doubtful sounds.

We’ve just cycled back from Arrowtown , ( 40km round trip ) Fantastic journey on the bikes over mountains, canyons , rivers .
Back at Kinross now for a well deserved vino !

Model trains, a collection of Seagull outboards, dinky toys, hot wheels and goodness knows what else.
