Add us to your list please, this meet sounds great. Will Send pm for PayPal details for the deposit. I'm a bit confused with the details though as it says meet starts 29th for 4 nights leaving on 2nd Jan but in the write up you say pack up and leave on New Years day or you can stay New Year's Day night for extra cost?

Yes you can stay Sunday night that is night 4

Evening all, the nights are drawing in and I am back from holiday in France and so it's time to move this on. @pinkgin aka Mrs Haganap will contact you all this week for deposits and how to pay etc. If unsure please liaise with her.

At present we are not completely sure where in the race course we will be placed. Weather dependent we may be placed on the Caravan Club area (which is closed at the time) which would be ideal. However if the weather is bad we would be placed on Hard Standing. If this is the case as per previous years we may have to move a few hundred yards for a few hours on race day (for the coaches to park)


Below is the list up to date, we were thinking maybe 25 units but will extend it to 30 maybe a few more than that as i am sure there will be some that have to change their minds for some reason.

Things that are missing to date, Music & entertainment. Anyone that's attended one of our meets before will know that we like to shall we say make our own entertainment. So if anyone is a budding DJ, Opera singer, has Karaoke or decks or anything of the sort, let me know as it will save me hiring some.

We will have use of the hall all weekend that we are there so board games, or anything to stay amused will be more than welcome. I especially find Twister a great game :-) although again we can make our own entertainment. We will of course come with some ideas nearer the time for New Years Eve. All i ask is you just run with them, trust haggers on this and run with them and you will enjoy it.

so time to get the build up going, any questions then please ask @pinkgin and she will endeavour to answer them in between making up the cocktails and ensuring the sparkly we have got back from France doesn't cork ...

plenty of deposits coming in and a few spaces developed but plenty of fun to be had for everyone I reckon.

Ok all, nearly everyone has paid their deposits now by we do have a few yet to pay. Please can you check your inbox to see details.



As for fancy dress we have gone for ANIMALS... simple and to the fact, anything loosely or completely connected to animals.

can't believe how quick things are flying,

There will be games to be played and various gatherings in the hall, entertainment still to be decided but whatever we do will be a laugh. If anyone has any Kareoke kit or anything else that will be useful, let me know...
