A small number have expressed an interest in a meal for New years Eve (Local Harvester Inn)
We shall be discussing this further at Lincoln, and will post on here.

Thanks - now that we know where it is, we can check up with relatives that live in Kingswood as we can combine the two. Cheers!! (y)

I thought that i would be off to the Mosel but things have got in the way. However where am I going tomorrow for a few days yes you have guessed it BRIARFIELDS. If the WIFI is working I will let you know what its like.

Was very nice & very helpful when I did an overnight there last November. Mind you, as I arrived in the dark & left in the grey light of the morning, I didn't see an awful lot. Lots of other good reports though. If you make it round to the pub John, could you report back if there is any decent beer? Harvesters are not usually noted for having anything to get very excited about. :( I know there are some very good pubs in the area, but I suspect the Harvester may be the only one within staggering distance!

We look like spending Christmas on the edge of the Quantocks & had been thinking it was a long way to go just for a few days. We might just manage to stagger back as far as Briarfields in time for New Year, so please add us to the interested list.

All booked. Looking forward to seeing you all and celebrating New Years Eve with you, wherever that may be
:party3: :party3:

Wildge, is there a room we can hire or space for a marquee? We could then have our own party space to see the new year in. Black tie optional.
