The Masons called in and booked their meal on Wednesday, balance payable on arrival. I was told the same, will call them again later

We are booked in from the 30th but not sure when (or if) we will get there as i have been laid up in bed with labyrinthitis since Christmas. This afternoon is the first time out of bed for 3 days. Hoping the medication sorts me out in time. But whatever happens it should be a cheap do for me as I am staggering about as though i have had a skinful so won't need to drink.

A very big thank you to Wildge for arranging this meet. We had a great night last night, met some lovely people, ate a very nice meal served by smiley polite staff.

I hope no one minds me putting their photo on here.

Agree wholeheartedly with archie2000! Thank you Wilde for organising this meet!
It was lovely to meet up with some funsters and put faces to forum usernames and you are a lovely bunch. Thank you for your company.

The site was good (we're going to come back in the summer). The meal last night was very nice and the drink was nice too! Did have a bit of a headache early this morning.

I wish 'you and yours' a Happy New Year and a safe journey home or to your next stop!

Thankyou Jude for fab New Year celebrations. Had a really great time ....Nice mix of chill out, party and exercise. Lovely location so dogs very happy too ! Lovely food and great company shame pub closed early yesterday it would have given us more time to socialise but never mind we will meet up again before too long I hope. Will definitely return to the grouse and claret in the spring or summer and maybe for next new year too as it ticks all the boxes for me. Thanks again Hilary and Tony
