New to motorhoming

Away for the weekend in our new motorhome but can’t get the cooker or heating working. Hooked up to the electric point on site, gas valve open but no gas coming through.
Any advice welcome

As well as the gas valve on the bottles there are normally ones on the line somewhere.
There can also be a button on the gas regulator.
Is there any gas in the bottles?

Sometimes there is a shut off valve under the cooker controls? Is there a crash safe button? Hope you get it sorted

Sadly tried all this but still no luck with the gas

Has it worked since you took possession?

There will probably be a bank of taps somewhere like in the garage or wardrobe where you can cut off the various appliances.
