New restrictions on EU data use

Does any company do a ‘genuine’ unlimited data plan?
The only one that 'appears' to do this is Vodaphone using their phone sim, there're no data only ones that I'm aware of.

It’s all todo with how much data you use. I spoke to EE about this they said if you are downloading films or watching Netflix say then it gives them a right to cancel your limits. If you just use data for emails and don’t hammer your data they will leave you alone .

I use mine for downloading
See above comment...I max out 40gb per month

I just had confirmation from Smarty that there are no European restrictions on their unlimited use data plans. Unlimited calls, texts and data, rolling contract, £30 a month, cancel anytime. £25 amazon voucher, too. Surely that’s too good to true? Everyone else is capping at 19gig, or charging £25 quid for 15gb. Even the rent-a-Mifi places want a couple of hundred Euro’s a month!

I’m going to check again....

Vodafone are doing 4G, no caps, all Europe, no speed restrictions, 100Gb per month for £15 a month via mobiles.co.uk.
