New Michelin Cross Climates fitted and Old Michelin Campers after 37k miles

You won't find any 7.5 tonne Motorhomes fitted with camping tyres as they don't make them in suitible sizes or load ratings.
We’re @5250kgs and have light truck tyres.

I'm also looking at Hankooks, Toyos and Maxxis Vansmart.A/S AL,2

The problem I have is that Hankooks and Toyos are like hen's teeth to find in a 225/75/R16 size at a sensible price. Technical data is not an issue from these manufacturers.

Maxxis are available but I am finding it difficult to get any technical data on tyre pressures and maximum tyre pressure for the Vansmart All Season AL2 tyre. Their main wholesale supplier has not been forthcoming with any data. They do get a reasonable review from Promobil.

Any feedback on the Vansmart all season AL2 would be welcome.

Get the pop corn out as well!

We’ve used all three on various vehicles and liked them, we’re having Vredestein four seasons fitted tomorrow.

SO which tyres do these figures apply to please

Just a thought if you weren't using the van for months would it not make sense to inflate tyres to max pressure this might stop the inevitable ballooning which camping tyres see to reduce??

Just thinking aloud....
