Great advice . I've asked the garage about a handover and they've promised it will be thorough. I'm going to act like I know nothing (no acting required!) and I'm not afraid to ask all the stupid questions so hoping that will help.

Use your phone camera to video it, it will be impossible to remember. Start and stop the recording for each section of information and later you can give titles and save as a record.
