Need Advice on New C63 Purchase

Hi all.

I have put a deposit on a 2022 C63 with the 140bhp engine & Manual box. The layout was exactly what we needed as a family and fairly compact too.

Now, i keep reading that the ducato series 8 base can throw up some issues. Namely adblue, dpf, oil and potential clutch issues. Please tell me I haven’t made a very expensive mistake.

I wouldn't worry about adblu dpfs oil and clutch issues. Just get out there and enjoy your new to you van.
The majority of folks don't have any issues at all and just don't report that they have had a "do da" van for umpteen years and it's never gone wrong. It's just the odd minority that have glitches and report the same .
If it's a 3500kg max van there isnt that much payload left for a family so just be careful what you load it with. They can be upgraded but you will need a C1 licence for that.

I have had one from new and not had any issues . As has been said , just enjoy the van . All makes have their issues but there are thousands of happy customers out there who have the series 8 Ducato.
