Hi everyone. Does anyone out there use a Govivo sim card in their motorhome wifi system, please?

We have an Avtex system with a Govivo sim. It's a great idea in theory - you pay £3.49 per month on the 'holding' tariff, ie when you're not travelling, and £24.99 for 'unlimited data' when you travel in the UK but you only pay for what you use, so if you're only away for 7 days, you only pay for those 7 days at the rate of 24.99. That's the theory anyway.

BUT, on more than one trip away in our motorhome, we've been unable to get any wifi at all. Not only that but their customer service seems to be non-existent.

I'd love to hear your experiences, or any suggestions on alternative data suppliers please.

Many thanks

Most routers have a menu that you can access and see any text messages.

It can sometimes be an app or sometimes an address like 192.168.2.1.
Thank you. I have now found the text messages section in the Avtex control panel through 192.168 etc and there is the mobile number that Reglo sent me! There is also a text from them about the payment. So I've now been able to send them a text back confirming my payment was made in Leclerc when I bought the SIM. Thank you for your help 👍

With your help to access the text messages via the router, I was able to activate the Reglo sim shortly afterwards. The Reglo customer service was excellent. Since then we have had perfect wifi connection and I've been able to top up the sim today for the remainder of our trip. Thank you again for your help Googlebot. 👍😁
