Motorhome security device Ideas

I use a Disklok, a pedal box and I have a Thatcham category 1 alarm recently fitted.

The pedal box also doubles as a small safe whilst we are away.

I made this a few weeks ago,
Had it powder coated, and is easier to use than a pedal box, also not so bulky
I put it on the other way around so padlock is not so easy to get at, only this way so can see in pic
Will not stop them bit slow them down

The device the thieves are using now plugs into obd reader,
So I am thinking for cutting out obd plug and replacing with a non standard plug, then wiring non standard socket to the removed plugs wiring, so having an easily removable obd. Leaving crooks with nowhere to plug in.
I will post some pics if I do it!

I built this into mine in a hidden place, with a hidden switch in the cab also i like because it has a manual overide and its built for the marine envoirement.
My old MH is not worth that much but i have spent a lot of time doing it up.

That pedal box looks a great idea combined with some other deterants that would certainly slow a would be thief down :swear2:
