Sadly I don’t think there’s much the hirers can do about it and there’s no way that they can or should be held responsible.
Appalling behaviour nonetheless.
They'd be better doing a video of them sincerely apologising seeing as that's the method they used to cause the uproar in the first place, that way we would be able to see if they were genuinely sorry or not.
