The annual Motorhome and US RV show is being held at Stratford Racecourse from 5th-7th June.

Visitors will be able to attend the exhibition as often as they like and enjoy 2 nights of cabaret and a firework display on Saturday evening.

As Stone Leisure has use of the racecourse for the full week prior to the show and our marshalls are happy to be on site during that time, members will again be able to attend this show for a full week.

The Pre-booked club rates are:-
Arrival Day Monday - £43
Arrival Day Tuesday - £38
Arrival Day Wednesday - £33
Arrival Day Thursday - £28
Arrival Day Friday - £23

Departures must be completed by noon on Monday 9th June 2009.

The rally fee includes 2 adults, extra adults £5 each. Children Free.

These rates apply to pre-bookings only and Pre-booking closes on 22/5/2009. Please ensure you put MotorhomeFUN down as your club to receive these special club rates.

Your marshal's for this show will be Jim & Sian - Bryan & Suzy

Tickets were waiting for us when we got home today from Peterborough

We will be arriving late on Friday (leaving at 4.30pm) so expect to be with you by 8 or 9pm if the traffic from last year is the same - no fun getting out of london during rush hour on a friday xxx

Hi all, a bit of help please.
I'm booking for a few friends as well as myself. Looking at the Online form I can only complete one booking at a time, is this correct ?
Is there a number I could call for a group booking ?
It also ask's me for a club membership, is that like The Caravn Club, or this Forum ?
Can European's pitch up next to USA or are they in seperate area's, were a mixed nationality camper party :BigGrin:

Any help apreciated, ta.

Where it asks for club membership put motorhome fun and you get the discount. And yes we all park together. Hope to see you there.

Whoops. I am supposed to put.... Hi Jim, blah blah, could you put us on the list for this rally too please. Only because I (Jane) am the one typing and the quantity of words utilised is of no consequence. My opportunity to go online can be spent in checking and paying bills, sorting the bank accounts and inputting my card details to purchase more accesssories for the outsize toy blocking my light for much of the day. Thanks again. Wink, wink, smile Jane Oh, arriving Monday. :Cool: Cool, just to show I DO understand the expressions.
