Motorhome and E-Bike dealers have something in common

Great post and you are spot on!
Im sure that if you ever wanted to start a campaign to get better warranty rates as part of raising customer relationship and service standards across the industry I am sure that you would get a lot of support from Motorhome Fun Membership (y) :h: :giggle:

Neither want to do any warranty work on products that they have not supplied. This would normally not be an issue for us however we are currently away on 30 day trip and my new Cube E-Bike as suffered a battery failure and I have no option but to head home after just 10 days. I made contact with Bosch directly only to be told to take it back to my supplying dealer.
Once they’ve got your money they don’t give a monkeys. They are all eager to get your money and that’s were there interest ends.
And that is exactly the issue, If we all contacted the Manufactures and trading standards a change may happen we should not just accept this.

Was this the Branch in Narnia
Or Newark:Eeek:

Much as I loved Narnia as a child this was at Newark - hence my initial surprise. I was anticipating it being a big fat no.

Service desk answer was "well it's an Adria, and we're an Adria dealer, so we'll be able to sort that."
