I found the Maroc telecom the best SIM for coverage. You can top up at a shop but if you don't mind paying for the convenience recharge.com is a useful way of recharging.

I would agree that Maroc telecom offers the best coverage but Inwi tends to offer more GBs/Dh and the coverage is not that far behind
