Presently on a site at Roses, some nice Concordes and Morelos on site, then at the weekend this new Grand Empire rocked up with all the options, slide out etc €650k What a beast 18 tonne, 500 litre fuel tank, camera system instead of mirrors, obligatory small sports car in the garage (haven’t caught up with it yet so don’t know make) It’s the talk of the site even my Swiss and German neighbours asked me if I had seen it.

Would be yes, there was someone who had a Palace Liner on a Merc chassis 12t I think it was and it was better on fuel than the smaller 7.5t vans so it may surprise people what the mpg isalthough if you are spending that much fuel price is immaterial
I was at the Morel Stelplatz and there was about 6-7 of the Grand Empires there

Yes £650k won’t even get you a starter van with them Some of thr Grand Empires are getting up to £900k so seems the German expert is no expert
