Update ordered phone from Banggood on Thursday still not arrived today Monday.
Sent them a live chat can take up to 20 days not including weekends/bank holidays.
Not amused.
So be aware if you order anything.

Just dropped my Samsung A20e phone and broke screen .so never having a claim rang the insurance company yes can claim but £100 excess.
Do bother I said. Now what to do next.?

Bit late now, but before next time this happens on your new phone why not fit an armoured case ?
Really cheap insurance, I'm always dropping mine, and it's survived thus far.

I put a screen cover on mine from day 1.. Dropped it lots of times( butter fingers ) not broke the screen in 2 years plus

My Galaxy S5 charging port broke bought an Alcatel from Tesco £45, for the amount I use it its OK,

My galaxy s9 has a cracked screen through dropping and a black corner on the display. Still works fine apart from that but eventually splashed out on an S10 and an armoured case. Everything transfered in minutes, apps passwords even fingerprint data, amazing.
