Our 2016 Hymer was new to us 30 months ago. At the time, the dealer fitted 6 new tyres all the same brand. Since then, although very stable on the road we've suffered substantial crashing & banging, mostly from the front end. After reading several reports on the forum about van tyres as opposed to motorhome tyres I'm considering changing the front 2 only, as all 6 have very little wear. I'm curious to know if there are any rules or regulations in Spain against mixed tyres especially, as we vist Spain often.

What tyre pressures are you running?

Too high a pressure will give you the symptoms that you describe.

Especially if they are CP rated and inflated by the fitter to 80psi.

I run Maxxis Campro, great tyre A rated yet brake and quite, better cornering than the C rated tyres previously on the MH. I don’t run at full pressure. 65psi front and 70psi rear.
