First time in public, first time on a mic, a bit daunting for a 9 year old.

Thanks again, all.

Oh I wish I had spotted you there John, I heard you after her performance saying "mind you, she had a good teacher", I take it that was you? I was sat right next to you and I missed you by minutes this morning. By the way she was brilliant.

I met a sailor @Popeye on his grand tour of up north

In deed you did and we very nearly turned tail and headed for home after seeing the forecast for the next week. Glad we didn't as we are up in Whitby now. Great to meet you.

Now back home and motorhome in storage.

Pity the Mic was playing up, but I'll tell you now I wouldn't have the nerve to get up there, she should stick with; I did ask her for her autograph, that made her chuckle.

Are you going to Jez and Lin's York Meet?

Yeah, she was in tears with nerves, but my daughter and Suggy calmed her down and told her to only do it if she wanted to.
She's asking now if it can go towards her Brownies' Musician's Badge!

No, not going to York, this year is a bit of a mystery, one of those "as it comes" years.
Will meet up sometime soon.
Cheers.
