Mirrorguard saved our mirror again

Just a quick update: I’m disappointed to report that I didn’t get any reply at all from Mirrorguard.

They're a small business and attend a lot of shows. When they're at shows, they're often slow to respond. Their customer service is very good. Please give them a little more time :)

Yes. They are a team of two who do everything from the moulding, sales/shows and admin from a small workshop between Taunton and Wellington in Somerset.

Further update: still no response from Mirrorguard despite two emails. I fear they don’t value their customers. Following a recommendation from another Funster, I’ve just ordered some guards (https://www.vancomfort.co.uk/product/mirror-protector-shields/) from Van Comfort at £40 less than Mirrorguard. Importantly, I raised a query with them about these guards and they rang me within two minutes with the information I was seeking. Steve at Van Comfort was very helpful and has confirmed that if we buy their guards from them, they will sell individual guards should we need them in the future. Now awaiting delivery to see how good they are!
PS We did get home safely without further mishap, thank goodness!

It's a shame that Mirrorguard don't take customer service more seriously because, after reviewing all of them at shows over the years; Mirrorguard make the best Mirror protectors by miles. IMO they are significantly better than all the copies out there and the one I choose to fit.

Agree. If they can’t be bothered to deal with public (which I can understand) just supply someone else’s shop that will do that part of the business.

That would be the sensible thing to do, and I always wondered why they didn't. I'm guessing, but maybe they don't have the markup to play with.
