The slipway is at the same angle no mater what tide is like low tide just makes the slip longer. I’ve got a tag axle A class with a large overhang and make it on and off this ferry no problem. As you drive off try and take a slight angle. Hope this helps

Thanks Sandra for letting me know a space has become available. We had a great time with everyone in Millport last year and really would love to join you again, but we have made other plans as it seemed unlikely we would get a pitch. Just keep driving to Glasgow then M 8 , A737 and a short ferry ride and you’ll soon be nice n toasty

Not really unless you organise them, however it costs £20 for the year to join, then £10 a night here on Millport ( I will have to check if there is one space left or not. If there is and you booked it through the website you’d pay £18 per night, so it would be a no brainier to join. Let me know if you are willing to join and I will check to see if there is a space left. What size if van do you have ?

And now, yes note time of post, it's trying to rain. So much for my earlier factor 50 during the round island cycle meander. Plus the Scottish brethren whinging about midges.
