also any ideas on how to perhaps change the fronts of the cupboards
Take it to a signwriter, or if comfortable doing it yourself, just purchase some vinyl material in the colour of your choice. If you get "air release / rapid air" the chance of bubbles is very low.

To be able to power a microwave and Airfryer, you would need an inverter along with a large battery bank, preferably lithium battery’s. What leisure batteries have you got at the moment?

Don't touch the cupboards or the woodwork in my opinion.
We have a 304Ah lithium battery and a 3000w inverter. We are able to use electric kettle, microwave, air fryer etc when not on EHU

This could be just what I am looking for. Thx for sharing. The soft start seems a good idea. We have removed our thetford gas oven/grill - because we dint use it, preferring now to use our cadac and / or airfrier.

If you are going to get an air fryer not much point in getting a microwave.

We have a 1400watt air fryer and also an induction hob for cooking outside. Powered by a 3000 VA inverter and 460 ah of Lithium batteries.
