Burnham-on-Sea is notorious for people getting stranded in the mud so when I first saw the headline I have to confess my brain saw what I expected to see. It was only when I opened it up and saw the lovely clean waters rather than mud and the pretty boats etc that the headline clicked!

You have clearly not experienced the delights of my home county. The lovely Weston-Super-Mud is just as nice.

You can't access the beach at Burnham on Sea. I think you mean Brean.

Absolutely and needs a good wash down as well, which it probably won’t get.

But, imagine if it was 3feet deeper and into the lockers. It’s probably already filled the exhaust too
