Meta trak

Have had a metatrak tracker installed for 6 years all working well, but now showing my van about 150 miles away at campsite 4 weeks ago.
Meta closed until Monday which isn’t a lot of good.
Has anyone had this issue?
Subscription renewed last July

Good point. System is only just over 2 months old however. Will give the V Bitz oracles a ring tomorrow.
In the meantime anyone else had this?

Will be interested to hear what Van Bitz say.

I had one replaced and when we sold the van that was faulty too. Showed the van a couple of miles away from where it actually was.

Rang them this morning. As the battery was on permanent charge and showing 13.7v on the Meta app. they suggested contacting metatrac who will run a diagnostic and perhaps reset the system.
However having just come back from a long run the battery is only showing 12.1v on the app which I believe is a bit low particularly for a new battery. Will be ringing meta next week.

My Meta app shows the battery voltage about 0.15v higher than a meter across the terminals.

Forgot to do an update.
Meta weren’t very helpful as they didn’t know how it was wired into the growler system,so spoke to Vanbitz and I had to drive down and the tracker was knackered.
They fitted a new one as it was under their guarantee
