Mesnieres is beautiful. Last year, on the high midday heat of summer, we watched a young hedgehog just inches away, scrabbling around in the gardens of the old mansion, it was completely oblivious of our presence. We overnighted there because the Aires at Neufchatel was full. It's our favourite alternative. The Avenue Verte there has placards along the pathway under the various trees and listing their medicinal usage. And some Little Englanders scoff at the French for being uncultured!

I love that cycle path
We didn't go much on the path to forges Les eau but to Dieppe (or to the lakes) it is in the higher echelons of ones we have done.
The picnic spot and lakes were really nice. Very very relaxing

Only thing is we don't have any cycles!
Great walks. Pop into TO and ask for these.

15 walks.
For the picnic spots you can park at st Aubin or the lakes and walk to the other. There is a pop up bar at the lakes

We're using Eurotunnel as usual in a week or two, but had been thinking of using the Newhaven Dieppe, we really liked Dieppe last time we there, the Saturday market was one of the best! Perhaps in September!
