It seems that way. I’ve not had any problems getting LPG. In fact we have now got 50% more LPG stations than we had a couple of years ago. That’s three, up from two .I thought the gas problem was with not having bottles not the actual gas itself
Ive ran out of gas in my caravan and ive now phoned 7 different outlets within a 20 Mile radius of me and can't get gas ive only 2 x 4.5kg bottles in this caravan and no one has any ....its a bloody nightmare.
It's about right for a 6kg bottle, bottle sizes are given to the 80% level.Got the gas bottle and filler fitted after a bit of mucking about ...then took it to Kirkcaldy morrisons to fill up . 62p a litre it took 12 .65l to fill ....strange as that isnt 80% of 14litres.
So now i need to check all the pipes for leaks.
Blimey. If it was leaking that much you would know about itGot the gas bottle and filler fitted after a bit of mucking about ...then took it to Kirkcaldy morrisons to fill up . 62p a litre it took 12 .65l to fill ....strange as that isnt 80% of 14litres.

My Gaslow instructions say that for first fill, you should be very careful and make sure that it does automatically stop at 80%.Thought I read on here that first fill should not be 80% (or full) cant remember why.
