Same as us in our Mercedes Hymer A class 4.5t. Measured 27.7mpg over 2,265 miles on this trip so far. We usually roll along at 90km/h on motorways and 80km/h on other roads. Other roads at the stated limit for it. Ours seems to like using Ad-Blu though. Our Sprinter C class 170bhp 4.5T does about 28 mpg

C class Hymer 170bhp MB, 4.5T, 7500 miles Auto 2L FWD is showing 29.1 mpg average from new on the display, but could well be not very accurate, as I don't bother with working out by measuring full tank to full tank. Our Sprinter C class 170bhp 4.5T does about 28 mpg

Whereās the old one?
The reasons that may become obvious in the next few days, I'm really interested in this but haven't a clue what you mean? 10.5Ltrs per what? I mean in old school MPGWeāre managing around 10.50ltrs as an average but thatās with 5.5t on a Fiat double axle.
Nice, new van mate. Problem is, the Merc v6 Auto is without a doubt the best combination of engine / box you can buy. Sadly though for us, in both we have owned, we done really well to get 20, average was about 18 and when there was a fire to be put out as low as 14mpg..the good news was the display was in Litres so I could easily trick myself and lie to Nikki about it.Just bought one of the last V6 mercedes on a 5.5t sprinter chassis hoping for 20mpg
