Membership expired email help please

I’ve just received an email telling me my subs have expired.
I purchased another 5 years In the Easter fun sale.
According to my profile the Easter sub purchase is on my account.

It's a glitch, the system sees the one-year sub and the 5-year sub as totaly separate items. As your one year ends; it's not intelligent enough to know your other sub will cover it and insists on telling you it is ending. Your subs are good
